High Holy Days with Ayelet HaShachar
Rosh HaShanah and Yom Kippur
Celebrate Rosh HaShanah at 6-7:30 pm, Thursday 3 October in the eastern suburbs at a joyous musical service.
Observe Yom Kippur at 12-1:30 pm, Saturday 12 October in the eastern suburbs with a service and speakers series, featuring workshops and sessions from our community from 2-4 pm.
Through the Jewish month of Elul, we reflect on the year that was and the year to come. We blow the shofar, give tzedakah, and savour the beginning of spring.
At the end of Elul, we welcome in the Jewish New Year and the Yamim Nora'im, bookended by Rosh HaShanah and Yom Kippur.
